Cancellation of order
Cancellation of an order can be made within 2 days from the registration of the order and before its dispatch. Withdrawal or cancellation of the order can be made in the following cases:
-Before the order is completed, during the order you can press the "Delete" button located in the "Cart". By clicking on this link, the product is automatically removed from your cart.
-If the online order has been completed , you can contact us at 6987304403 or through the contact form , in order to undertake the cancellation of your order.
Order delay: Order may be delayed in cases of bank account deposit , since we ship our products as soon as the bank transfer is completed.
After the product has been shipped, the following applies.
Returns of products
You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request their replacement. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt and only if the products are new, have not been unsealed or their packaging and physical condition have been violated and are accompanied by the accompanying documents (receipt, invoice, etc.).
